We do our utmost to maintain the highest possible quality of our products. Yet it may happen that you are not satisfied with a product or you want to return it for a different reason. Then that if:
- you let us know within 14 days of receipt of the product know that you want to send it back
- you within 14 days after notification of your return the product sent to us
- the product is in original condition, ie unused and undamaged

- Visit our return portal
- Go through the steps and print your shipping label. The costs of shipping are now being passed on to us.
- Bring your return package to the selected delivery point in your area.
Cost in case of withdrawal
In return process the postage paid by the customer, unless it is a production error or it can be clearly demonstrated that the product during shipment is damaged.
If you've already paid the order, we will provide a full refund as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after registration to pay the return provided that the product has been received by us in good order. What can't you return?
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
